RETURNS

  • Please note all items are custom made to order, and are therefore non-returnable under any circumstance (unless faulty).

  • Claims for faulty items must be made directly with Screen Machine Whitstable, within 7 days of receipt.

DELIVERY

  • All orders take approximately 3-4 weeks to process, and must be collected from Screen Machine Whitstable.

  • You will be notified by Screen Machine Whitstable via email when your order is ready to collect.
